The scale of each building is derived by their neighboring buildings. separating the buildings is a stair which leads to an entry terrace for direct access to the upper apartment units. The grade level apartments along Augusta Avenue have their own garden entrances and are 2 story units, offering the upper bedroom floor more privacy and better views. For the upper apartment balconies a screen of glass and metal mesh is designed for privacy.
